The first time I met with Mr Art was quite a few years ago. I'm just as blue collar as they come. Even though he's only seen me filthy after work he's never treated me inferior like many of the other places have. He's never acted like I was anything less than his best customer. We always agreed on fair price we both feel good about. Never treated me with suspicion while I browse his merchandise like almost any other place I've been. My last visit I brought what I was thinking was a nice but rather cheap product needing repair. He repaired It at low cost even though o had a personal situation he worked with me happily and I learned it was a much better piece than I thought. Rather than cheating me due to my lack of knowledge he informed me of what I really had which is worth more than money to me. I'd trust this man on a word and a handshake. Thank you again sir. I refuse to go anywhere else. He will have any and all my business. I currently drive over an hour for his service, but will do more if I have to. This guy has it for a week and charged $120.00. The watch has sentimental value to me and Im so thrilled to wear it again. Would highly recommend them for watch repairs: They are timely and fair!

Excellent customer service at a reasonable price! They replaced a broken earring post. It looks great and it's stronger than the original. It's like new...I can't tell that it was damaged! They also replaced my watch battery. Both repairs were done within 24 hours! Fast, friendly and professional! I'll definitely go back...highly recommended!

I had a signet ring made up east but I hot my size wrong. Went to three different "jewelers" just to up the size. Mind you it's only a solid ring with an engraved lion. Anyway I was either declined or was being overcharged. I was directed to see Art. Thank God this chance encounter happened because he is a true jeweler. Brought my wedding ring in to exchange my diamond with a larger diamond. Art did a beautiful job highlighting the diamond in the setting! Was a little taken back on how much he charged to replace a watch battery. The battery probably cost more than the watch.

I was looking for some custom designs for men's band and met Arthur (Art).

We developed our design on paper from scratch and he caster it into ring. Great designer and good jeweler.

Let me say to everyone, Art is the best!!. I have a Fossil Watch and used to bring it to the Fossil store in Stonebair to get repaired. They could never fix it. It is their own watch.
